Twenty-Five Years of International Shipping in Retrospect

Wow, can you believe it? Zjstar: Serving the global shipping industry for 25+ years That's a really long time. ANCHOR I've experienced alot of changes and learnt so much during my time in the marine industry. It seems like only yesterday that I was embarking on what has turned out to be an amazing journey.

Years of Marine-Industry Experience Yield Lessons Learned

After over 20 years in the industry, one consistent I have learned is that change is always coming in shipping. Various changes occur in the form of new technologies and regulations, so it is highly probable to suppose that you will have a difficult time keeping up with the whole start-up scenario. You also want to make sure that anchor on chain you develop or enhance solid relationships among your customers, suppliers and other industry-related partners. In the meantime: communication and collaboration are just about everything.

Lessons Learned from More than 25 Years in International Shipping

Zjstar has taught me so much through the power of adaptability and resilience. The maritime sector is a challenging environment and things don't always go as planned. You have to be able to think quickly and come up with creative solutions on the spot. Lastly, patience and determination are some of the traits an individual should have to be successful in this field. Shit doesnt always go to plan but you need to keep moving, never give up.

What I Have Learned In a Lifetime on the Maritime Front Line

I also discovered the beauty of collaborative work, that is. Shipping biggest anchor chain is a big organization, everybody plays a significant role to let the goods of the world move safely and efficiently. We simply collaborate with one another, share knowledge and experience to surpass any hurdles that are thrown our way. In my reflection of my time in the maritime industry I am grateful for every experience and every lesson. One of those lessons is what I have learned working for Zjstar, both about the world and about myself.
